The restaurant is independent from the hotel. Its cooking pays attention to local traditions offering Acqui Terme and Monferrato typical specialties, but also other Italian region dishes, such as fish specialties. We always accompany our dishes with local best producers’ wines, together with other important national labels.

Our guests can also enjoy pizzas in the characteristic tavern provided with wood oven where traditional, as well as personal and special, pizzas are prepared.
